Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NeuralSplit service (the “Service”) operated by Bitmetro IKE (“we,” “us,” or “our”), via www.neuralsplit.com and app.neuralsplit.com.
By using NeuralSplit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
NeuralSplit is a website optimization platform provided by Bitmetro IKE, a company registered in Greece. You can contact us at hello@bitmetro.io.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these criteria.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
NeuralSplit is offered as a paid service with a free trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Payments
We use Stripe to process payments securely. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the selected plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds except in cases where the Service fails to function as expected due to an issue on our end. Please contact hello@bitmetro.io for support.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
- Abuse the Service through scraping, overloading, or malicious activity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. User Content
If you create, upload, or manage content using NeuralSplit (e.g., split test variants, text, configurations), you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a license to process and display it as needed to provide the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and software related to NeuralSplit (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Bitmetro IKE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
8. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect personal data including your email address, name, and usage analytics. This data is used to provide and improve the Service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high availability and performance, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitmetro IKE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
